Cardio and Core
CARDIO AND CORE is a combination of cardio equipment, body weight exercises and her favorite the beast (elastic battle ropes). Lynsey uses a variety of different high intensity methods to kickstart your fat burning and leave you burning for hours afterwards. These methods include but are not limited to HIIt, Tabata and AMRAP. Take lunch with Lynsey, get your heart rate up, burn fat, and then go back to work energized and ready to take on the rest of your day.
