New Location!

A new, exciting location at Meadows Shopping Mall is coming on January 19th!

The EPIC membership includes unlimited group classes in Strength and Conditioning, Pound, and Hot Yoga. In addition to on-demand classes, members receive a 15% discount on challenges, workshops, and retreats.

There are also memberships available for Pilates reformers, towers, and chairs. Strengthens the body, reduces pain, and increases mobility.
